Description
Deep red color. Aroma of red fruits, with notes of undergrowth, vegetables and balsamic, hints of wood and spices. Complex with notes of pencil shavings and balsamic in a firm and very elegant structure.
Winemaking:
The grapes are partially destemmed (30%) and crushed directly into a lagar (traditional stone trough). 3 days of cold maceration; 12 days of alcoholic fermentation with temperature control; gentle foot treading twice a day; malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels. Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels.
