With a deep red color, it displays aromas of orange blossom, black fruit, and coffee. On the palate, it has notes of spices and black fruit. Balanced structure and a persistent finish.
The grapes are destemmed and crushed directly into the vat, followed by 7 days of cold maceration; alcoholic fermentation begins at 12ºC and ends at 32ºC, with malolactic fermentation in French oak (40% of the batch). Approximately 40% of the batch aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels.
