Deep red color. Very complex, with notes of blackberries, cereals, wood and minerals, as well as dark chocolate. Firm tannins with intense aromas and a persistent, mineral finish.

Winemaking:
The grapes are destemmed and crushed directly in the vat, followed by 7 days of cold maceration; alcoholic fermentation begins at 12ºC and ends at 32ºC, followed by malolactic fermentation in French oak. Aged for 18 months in 1- and 2-year-old French oak barrels.
