Description

Deep red color. Aroma of blackberries, vegetal notes, balsamic notes, wood and cereals. Complex with aromas of blackberries, pencil shavings, balsamic notes in a firm and full-bodied structure.

Winemaking:
The grapes are partially destemmed (30%) and crushed directly into a lagar (traditional stone trough). 3 days of cold maceration; 12 days of alcoholic fermentation with temperature control; gentle foot treading twice a day; malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels. Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels.
