Lemon color. Aroma of sea air with notes of iodine, Granny Smith apple, and minerality. On the palate, it is salty and fresh with notes of iodine and a long, persistent finish.
Winemaking:
The grapes go directly into the manual press; 10 hours of gentle pressing; controlled hyper-oxygenation; 12 hours of cold settling; 100% fermentation in barrels; 100% in used French oak barrels. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
