Light red color. Aroma with vegetal, earthy, and wilted rose notes. Elegant and austere with earthy and mineral notes. All elements are in balance in a long and persistent finish.
Winemaking:
The grapes are partially destemmed (30%) and crushed directly into a lagar (traditional stone trough), followed by 3 days of cold maceration; 12 days of alcoholic fermentation with temperature control, gentle treading twice a day; and 22 days of "cuvaison" (ripening). Malolactic fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels. The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
