Deep ruby color. Aromas of black fruit, chocolate, and coffee. On the palate, black fruit and some spices stand out. Balanced structure with a persistent finish.
Winemaking:
The grapes are destemmed and crushed directly in the vat, followed by 7 days of cold maceration; alcoholic fermentation begins at 12ºC and ends at 32ºC, with malolactic fermentation in French oak (40% of the batch). 40% of the batch aged for 9 months in used French oak barrels.
