Description
Garnet-colored wine. On the nose, the various layers of fruit and some fresh mineral notes are well-integrated with the oak aging. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with well-balanced tannins and a long finish suggesting favorable evolution in the coming years.
Winemaking:
Hand-harvested from 2 hectares using 20 kg crates. The grapes were vinified in stainless steel tanks with a light post-fermentation maceration. Aged for 10 months in new French oak barrels.
