Description

Monte dos Perdigões Grande Reserva red wine represents the pinnacle of Monte dos Perdigões' wine production, being made only in years of exceptional quality. It results from a blend of Alicante Bouschet and Syrah grapes, sourced from the oldest vines on the estate.

Fermentation takes place in traditional Alentejo marble lagares, followed by 18 months of aging in new, medium-toasted, fine-grained French oak barrels. The result is a wine of great structure and depth, marked by elegance and complexity.
