 Ruby color. Very unique in the aromas, floral with citrus notes. In the mouth your floral profile keeps and delights with its softness. An extraordinary, excellent acidity, elegance, with tannins present.

Vinification:
Once crushed, the grapes were cooled and stepped on foot for four hours in granite mills, transferred to small old french -oak wood tubs and fermented for 10 days with controlled temperature. Wine interned for 15 months in French oak barrels Allier (225 liters).
