Description
100 hectares of vineyards, planted by a family with a tradition in winemaking and a passion for Alentejo wines. Their determination, combined with technical expertise and hard work, have given new life to a forgotten property in Avis, in Northern Alentejo.
Fermentation in small-capacity stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 24ºC, after total destemming. Followed by aging for 3 months in stainless steel tanks and 3 months in the bottle.
AROMA: Violet-red color, with an aroma of fresh forest fruits.
FLAVOR: Pronounced tannins that mark the tasting with a good finish.
