Description
Fermentation in small capacity stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 24ºC, after total destemming. Followed by a 3-month aging period in stainless steel vats and 3 months in bottles.
AROMA:Violet red color, with aroma of fresh forest fruits.
FLAVOR:Striking tannins that mark the tasting with a good finish.
