Description

Small capacity stainless steel fermentation at a temperature of 24ºC after the total deceival. Followed by a 3 -month stage in stainless steel Cuba and 3 months in bottle.

AROMA:Violet red color, with aroma to fresh fruits of the woods.

FLAVOR:Striking tannins that mark the test with a good end of the mouth.
