Description

The agricultural year of 2019, at the temperature level, has registered values corresponding to the average of the last 20 years, as of precipitation the values recorded were below the average values of the same period.

In spring and until early summer, temperatures were higher than in 2018, which led to a considerable advance of the vineyard's phenology that translated about the vindue about 2 weeks relative to 2018.

Summer registered lower temperatures, in the period-maturation period, promoting the constant and homogeneous evolution of maturation, ideas conditions for a raw material of excellent quality.

Vinification / Internship

Harvesting, disgusting, crushing, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperatures (22 to 25oC), pressing followed by malolactic fermentation.

Minimum stage of three months in stainless steel vats.

Vineyard

Certified vineyards in biological production mode.
Soils of enormous variability and low fertility, with predominance of granites, shales and their derivatives.

COLOR: Clean aspect, intense ruby color.

AROMA: Wild berries, black blackberries, some suggestion of moss and green pepper.

Taste: In the mouth it is intense, solid and consistent, with notes of mature but fresh black fruit, polished and persistent tannins, which express themselves in a long and expressive end.
