Description
Vinification: Grapes harvested by hand, in 25Kg boxes, at their ideal maturation point. After gentle crushing and total destemming, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, allowing the quality constituents present in the skins of the very ripe grapes to pass smoothly into the wine, with aging in French oak barrels (50% new ) for 18 months.
Tasting Notes On tasting it is a very delicate wine, showing red fruit and a balanced freshness.
