Descrição
Winemaking From the 2019 harvest, this red wine is born from the Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca grape varieties. Fresh grapes harvested and selected by hand and trodden by foot in a stone press, where it ferments. Stage in new French oak barrels for 22 months. A wine that reflects the best that our vineyards give! Very concentrated ruby color, with deep and complex notes of black fruit, spices, chocolate, coffee and balsamic notes.
Tasting Notes On tasting, it is a wine of extreme elegance and concentration, always well balanced with vibrant freshness. Ideal company for nostalgic family gatherings and typical Portuguese flavors: oven roasts, game, intense red meats and cheeses that mature for a long time. Serve at 16ºC.
