Side Dishes: Ideal company for light and tasty grilled meats and fresh salads.
Vinification: Grapes harvested by hand, in 25Kg boxes, at their ideal maturation point. After gently crushing, the grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and aged in stainless steel and battonage for 10 months.
Tasting Notes: A wine with an onion skin color, aromas of red fruit (raspberry, currant and blackberry).
