Description
This wine has a lemon-yellow hue with greenish hues. Its aroma is fresh, with notes of white fruits (loquat and peach) and citrus, which blend beautifully to showcase the typical characteristics of this grape variety. Its palate is fresh and lively, with excellent acidity, interwoven into the body of the wine. It possesses mineral and citrus aromas of great elegance and a persistent finish.
Winemaking:
It is made using the most rigorous winemaking techniques, such as protecting the must and wine from oxidation throughout the entire process, using very gentle pneumatic presses to separate the must from the skins, static decantation, and fermentation at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, it aged for about 6 months in tanks on its fine lees. The wine was bottled after stabilization and filtration.
