Description
Citrus color. Aromas of lime, green apple, and minerals. Highlights freshness and minerality on the attack along with an enveloping volume. Fresh and persistent.
Winemaking:
Pre-fermentation cold skin contact for 4 hours, followed by fermentation at 14ºC for 25 days. After fermentation, the wine was kept in barrels for 3 months with bâtonnage.
