Mouchão Tonel 3/4 Red Wine
Description

Very dark in color, dense and structured, with a closed aroma of black fruit and phenolic compounds with a hint of mint. Full-bodied palate, firm texture, plenty of body and freshness with a balsamic touch, austere and full of character.

Winemaking:
This wine is only made in years of exceptional quality and is chosen from the best plots of Alicante Bouschet in the Carapitos vineyard. Foot-trodden and, after fermentation in the lagares, aged in two wooden vats numbered 3 and 4 for 24 months. It then matures for a further 24 to 36 months in bottle before release.
