Side Dishes: Excelente como aperitivo, e acompanhando refeições ligeiras e assados ou mesmo sobremesas.
Yellow color little intense. Thin and refined bubbles. The aromas are driven by the macerated fruit of the apple, finished fresh herbs and some sweet pasta. The low flowers appear fresh and with full intense ending. Refreshed creamy foam. Again large amounts of macerated fruit with sweet cookie flavors and light floral. Ends with medium persistence.
Vinification:
Produced according to the Champenoise method. Pressed on pneumatic presses, stainless steel tub fermentation and bottle internship. Matured for 4 years in cellar after the second fermentation.
