Very fruity aroma (vanilla and apricot). Fresh and buttery taste, with a fine and persistent acidity.

Winemaking:
Produced according to the traditional method (Champenoise). Pressed in pneumatic presses, fermented in stainless steel tanks, and aged in the bottle. Matured for 5 years in the cellar after the second fermentation.
