It has an almost orange pale pink. Reveals slightly smoked and resin aromas, with mouths marked by the Pinot Noir caste.
Vinification:
Produced according to the Champenoise method. Pressed on pneumatic presses, stainless steel tub fermentation and bottle internship. Matured for 6 years in cellar after the second fermentation.
