It is extremely delicate in aroma and flavor, dominated by notes of wildflowers, a touch of biscuit, rich and creamy, but also very stylish, glossy, sophisticated and full of personality.

Winemaking:
Produced according to the traditional method (Champenoise). Pressed in pneumatic presses, fermented in stainless steel tanks, and aged in the bottle. Matured for 6 years in the cellar after the second fermentation.
