It is extremely delicate in aroma and flavor, dominated by notes of wild flowers, a touch of cookie, fat and creamy, but also very stylish, glossy, sophisticated and full of personality.
Vinification:
Produced according to the Champenoise method. Pressed on pneumatic presses, stainless steel tub fermentation and bottle internship. Matured for 6 years in cellar after the second fermentation.
