A persistent bouquet of dried fruit, with excellent acidity in harmony with the fruitiness.
Winemaking:
Produced according to the traditional method (Champenoise). Pressed in pneumatic presses, fermented in stainless steel tanks, and aged in the bottle. Matured for 5 years in the cellar after the second fermentation.
