Description
Garnet color. Aroma of dark chocolate with cherry, spices and a slight menthol note. On the palate it is fresh, with an unconventional texture and complex aromas reminiscent of chocolate, cherries, spices and violets.
Winemaking:
Organic grapes with partial destemming, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel vats with foot treading. Aged 18 months in French oak barrels and 18 months in bottle.
