Straw champagne color, very fruity aroma, vanilla and red berries, and a distinct dried fruit flavor with remarkable persistence.
Winemaking:
Produced according to the traditional method (Champenoise). Pressed in pneumatic presses, fermented in stainless steel tanks, and aged in the bottle. Matured for 6 years in the cellar after the second fermentation.
