Description
Tasting notes: Citrine color, fruity aroma and fresh cooked flavor with sparkling floral notes.
Winemaking:
Produced according to the traditional method (Champenoise). Pressed in pneumatic presses, fermented in stainless steel tanks, and aged in the bottle. Matured for 3 years in the cellar after the second fermentation.
