Description
It presents vegetal notes alongside ripe fruit. The palate is round in the mouth with excellent balance. Very elegant flavor with tannins and wood.
Winemaking:
Destemming, fermentation in stainless steel vats with mechanical treading, and aging in French oak barrels. Aged 24 months in barrels and 10 months in bottle.
