Aroma with notes of raspberry. Acidic fruity flavor (strawberry and raspberry), good finish.

Winemaking:
Gentle cryogenic skin maceration and pressing in a pneumatic press, fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aging in the bottle for 6 months.
