Very fruity aroma (vanilla and alperce). Fresh and butored flavor, with thin and persistent acidity.

Vinification:
Produced according to the Champenoise method. Pressed on pneumatic presses, stainless steel tub fermentation and bottle internship. Matured for 5 years in cellar after the second fermentation.
