It has a pale, almost orange-pink color. It reveals slightly smoky and resinous aromas, with a palate marked by the Pinot Noir grape variety.
Winemaking:
Produced according to the traditional method (Champenoise). Pressed in pneumatic presses, fermented in stainless steel tanks, and aged in the bottle. Matured for 6 years in the cellar after the second fermentation.
