Description
Golden yellow color. Aroma of Queen fig, green asparagus, mineral notes, and hints of the wood in which it fermented. Excellent acidity and body on the palate, elegant, Queen fig with a persistent finish.
Winemaking:
Cryogenic maceration, pneumatic press pressing, fermentation 70% in stainless steel tanks and 30% in 500L French oak barrels. Aged 12 months in barrel and 10 months in bottle.
