Description
Very smooth flavor with hints of vanilla. Delicate and elegant taste, with a persistent finish that is the hallmark of its balance.
Winemaking:
Produced according to the traditional method (Champenoise). Pressed in pneumatic presses, fermented in stainless steel tanks, and aged in the bottle. Matured for 4 years in the cellar after the second fermentation.
