Champagne straw color, very fruity aroma, vanilla and red fruits and dry fruits markedly with remarkable persistence.

Vinification:
Produced according to the Champenoise method. Pressed on pneumatic presses, stainless steel tub fermentation and bottle internship. Matured for 6 years in cellar after the second fermentation.
