A grand cuvée classified as Vintage for its excellence. Lightly rosé in color, with aromas of red fruits and Pinot Noir grapes. Full-bodied on the palate and with a complete finish.

Winemaking:
Produced according to the traditional method (Champenoise). Pressed in pneumatic presses, fermented in stainless steel tanks, and aged in the bottle. Matured for 6 years in the cellar after the second fermentation.
