Description

Vinification of Vinho Verde Muros Antigas Escolha 2020: Gentle pressing of the whole grape, destemmed. Extreme cold must clarification. Fermentation at low temperature: 12-16ºC. Minimum aging of 4 months on fine lees.

Test results:
Taste : Light and fresh mouth, full of minerality. Long aftertaste strongly marked by orange blossom and leaf.
Aroma: Exuberant floral aroma where the presence of orange blossom stands out as well as the presence of citrus and stone fruit aromas
Color: Light and fresh mouth, full of minerality. Long aftertaste strongly marked by orange blossom and leaf.
