Description
TEST NOTES: Clear color and intense aroma to the caste with wood, fruit and floral nuances. In the mouth it is soft, full -bodied and long with good acidity. The ending is fruity and complex.
The Producer: Anselmo Mendes' work is recognized in Portugal and abroad not only for the excellence of the wines it produces but for the surprising and consistent form as innovative. The fermentation of Alvarinho grapes in wooden barrels or the use of old vinification techniques, such as tanning, are some of the methods that make these wines a case apart in the white world.
