Winemaking:
Hand-picked. Fermentation in stone vats and French oak barrels. Aged 10 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting notes:
Very expressive on the nose, offering excellent freshness and intensity. Despite its somewhat "harsh" and austere character, the wine is full-bodied and generous in aroma, revealing balance and vivacity. A good tannic structure gives this wine extra grip. A great wine with enormous aging potential.
