Vinification:
Handpicked. Fermentation in stone vats and French oak barrels. Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels.
Test results:
Very expressive on the nose, offering excellent freshness and intensity. Despite its somewhat “hard” and austere character, the wine is full-bodied and generous in aroma, revealing balance and vivacity. A good tannic structure gives this wine extra grip. A great wine with enormous aging potential.
