Description
VINIFICATION: The vast majority of Nat Cool grapes come from the sub-region of Amarante and Lousada. Vinification was done the old-fashioned way, letting the last grams of sugar ferment in the bottle, with the fine lees. Malolactic fermentation also takes place in the bottle.
TASTING NOTES: Drink me Natcool white 2020 has a cloudy greenish-yellow color, due to fermentation in the bottle. The sediments are natural, and we advise you to mix them with the wine, before opening the bottle, in order to have a greater sensory experience. On the nose it reminds us of the wines of the past, slightly reductive with fresh fruit, very citric, while in the mouth it shows a precision of the present, balanced, with high acidity combined with a light bubble, very sweet tooth, saline and refreshing.
