Description

Olivia's Winery's vineyards are located in Trás-os-Montes, more precisely in Alfândega da Fé, at an average altitude of 550 meters. They are all cultivated using organic production methods, in predominantly schistous, dry soils. It is believed that schist soils give rise to highly mineral wines, with extremely complex aromas and great longevity.

A journey through the most primitive and honest senses of wine.

A complex, very rewarding experience that will still gain a lot in the bottle!
