Description
Open in color. This reference shows aromas of red fruits, flowers and minerality. The palate reveals very fresh red fruit. Good company at the table.
A wine with an austere, fresh and acidic profile. A project to follow very closely.
Winemaking : The grapes were fermented in a wine press, at a controlled temperature.
Appearance : Pale and onion skin.
Nose: Medium intensity, white flowers, strawberry, pomegranate and wet stone.
Palate : Dry, medium acidity(+), medium alcohol, medium body, medium intensity(+), strawberry, light raspberry and long finish.
