Nostalgia Barrica with wooden box

Winemaking: Produced from old vineyards, with traditional training systems, recalling techniques used by predecessors: open vat, natural settling, indigenous yeasts, fermentation with skins.

Exam Grade: Very interesting on the nose, complex with dried flowers, ripe fruit and light smokiness. Very good structure on the palate, crisp and ample, with a certain exoticism reinforced by the white pepper that appears in the aftertaste.
