Vinification:

Produced from old vines, with traditional conduction systems, remembering techniques that the predecessors used: Open spout, natural decantation, indigenous yeasts, fermentation with skins.

Tasting Note:

It has a citrine color. Very intense aroma dominated by grapefruit and mineral notes. In the mouth it is a white wine with structure but surprisingly fresh due to a high quality acidity. Long and persistent finish. It accompanies Mediterranean dishes based on fish and seafood.
