Young and pronounced aroma of butter, nuts and mineral. In the mouth it is complex and full. As on the nose, it presents notes of butter, pineapple and mineral. Refined and elegant with balanced acidity. Fruity and complex finish.
Winemaking:
Destemming, pneumatic pressure and maceration at controlled temperatures. The berries enter a pneumatic press, leaving the must in a vat where it rests for 24 hours at a temperature between 18º and 20ºC. Fermentation at a controlled temperature.
