Golden color. Aroma of ripe tropical fruits and orange marmalade. On the palate it is complex, creamy with body and persistence.
Winemaking:
The overripe grapes harvested in October were gently pressed and the must fermented at 12ºC. When it reached 11% alcohol, the temperature was lowered to 0ºC and fermentation was stopped.
