Pale green color. Aromas of citrus and pineapple. On the palate it is fresh, mineral and elegant with volume and persistence. The finish is very fresh and pleasant.

Winemaking:
Whole grapes are destemmed and pressed, and the clear juice is fermented at 14ºC. Fermentation and aging for 2 months in barrels with bâtonnage.
