Purple color. Expressive aroma of violets, currants, and cassis. Smooth tannins confirming the floral and dark fruit flavor. Complex, rich, and persistent finish.

Winemaking:
Pre-fermentation in cold skin contact for 2 days, followed by a 5-day fermentation with temperature-controlled maceration at 23ºC. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 6 months in used oak barrels.
