Description
Vinification:
The grapes come from a vineyard (meanwhile acquired) aged between 80 and 120 years. Made in “lagar”, with foot treading and 20% stems. Aged 50% in new barrels for 2 years. Production of 2000 bottles. It is the only “Classic” on the market.
Test results:
The high quality fruit reveals itself at the first impact, in a very complex and spicy profile. The barrel smoothed the tannins without imposing. The wine is very solid, light but full, powerful yet civilized.
