Description

Sharp ruby ​​color. Intense aroma to red fruits with mild nuances of spices given by Madeira. Elegant structure with excellent tannins. Long end and fruity.

Vinification:
Vineyards over 60 years old. Vinification with total disgust; fermentation with grape bark 5-6 days. Maceration after fermentation, minimum 8 days. 6 -month internship in New French Oak, Allier and Nevers; 12 months, minimum bottle period.
