Description
Palmer & Co, La Réserve Subscription is a large precision champagne, harmoniously balanced by the freshness and fullness of the great terroirs of the Montagne de Reims. A significant proportion of reserve wines contributes to a rare fullness and maturity.
Palmer La Reserve is based on a selection of wines from the best vineyards in the Champagne region. The raw Premiers and Grands of the Montagne region of Reims predominate and give these wines their distinct personality.
The surprisingly clean nose is expressed through a rich palette of aromas, including citrus, pear and apricot with some subtle notices of hazelnut and a discreet touch of butorbing brioche.
Successful and substantial in the mouth, but with unbridled freshness, this wine is eminently seductive: a perfect balance model.
