Vinification:
Manually harvested in small and carried boxes to the winery in a short time. Very smooth pressing of disengaged whole grapes. A week of cold maceration.
Internship:
Fermentation in stainless steel cuba followed by internship in used barrels of French oak for 24 months.
Test notes:
Open ruby color. Intense aromas with ripe red fruits wrapped in a terminal aroma to cedar. On the palate it is dry, with a well -town and refreshing acidity. High concentration of red fruits as well as leather and earth. It ends long, silky and very mineral.
Contains sulfites.
