Dark ruby color. Very fruity and complex, highlighting the fine aroma of ripe black fruits, jam and spices. The round and velvety tannins, full-bodied, polished and velvety, provide a good finish.
Winemaking:
The grapes are foot-trodden in the lagar (traditional wine press) to obtain the must, which is then macerated during fermentation to achieve the best possible extraction of aromas, color, and tannins. It matures for 18 months in oak barrels before bottling.
